Booking Procedures
DEPOSIT
REQUIREMENTS: $300 per
condo or home is required at the time of booking.
FINAL PAYMENT: Due
45 days prior to arrival. Full payment due on
reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival. MasterCard,
Visa, and check only accepted for final payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $50 handling fee will be charged
if cancelled greater than 60 days prior to arrival. $300
deposit forfeited on cancellations 59-31 days
prior to arrival. Full payment forfeited on cancellations made
within 30 days of arrival.
CHANGE FEE: There
will be a $50 handling fee charged if change in a unit or date
is made.
CREDIT CARDS: MasterCard,
Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted for
deposit. MasterCard and Visa only for final payment.
